That isn’t going to happen. Good, healthy, results its going to take hard work and a while to see some serious results. You can’t expect to wake up the day after a work out to look perfect.
Slowly start introducing healthier choices like teas, skim milk (I prefer almond milk :} ), black coffee, and WATER. Of course.
Same goes for what you eat. If you’ve always eaten chips and want to give that up, slowly decrease the amount you. Then decrease the amount of times you eat it a week, then you can make a substitute, like fresh fruit or granola and greek yogurt.
Don’t under work yourself when working out, but also don’t over do it. Slowly working up to the amount of cardio you do, like running. If you want to start running start with a lap or two, then a mile, and keep adding on.
BASICALLY, don’t expect to change rught away. Changing everything at once will make you more prone to binging and giving. Changing things slowly will make your journey not only a weightloss journey, but a life style change! A healthy lifestyle is what we strive for here.
